General Questions

Are all of your products handmade?

Yes! Every item we sell is individually handmade by a skilled human artist. That means no two pieces are ever exactly alike; each one has its own unique colors, patterns, and character.

What materials are used to make your glass art?

Our artists work with a variety of materials, including borosilicate glass and soft glass. Both types are kiln-annealed for strength and durability. We're also big fans of stained (leaded) glass, fused glass and just about everything else you can do with glass.

Do handmade glass pieces look exactly like the photos?

Each piece is one-of-a-kind, so there may be slight variations in color or shape. If you’d like to see more photos before purchasing, you can text our support line (303-386-3653) and request additional pictures of any item; we'd love to help you find the perfect piece!

Can I request a custom piece?

In some cases, yes! If you’re interested in a custom design or colorway, reach out to our support team, and we’ll see if one of our artists can create it for you.

Shipping & Orders

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but most customers receive their package within 5–7 business days after shipping.

Will my glass arrive safely?

Absolutely. Every order is carefully packaged using protective (and recycled) materials to ensure your handmade glass arrives safely and in perfect condition. For soft glass items and items received during the winter we recommend allowing the product to come up to temperature inside the box before opening up to avoid the risk of thermal shock. For large soft glass pieces we recommend you keep the package inside for 24 hours before opening the box.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

What if my order arrives broken?

While we pack every item with care, accidents can happen. If your piece arrives damaged, please email or text us photos right away so we can make it right.

Can I text to request additional photos of an item?

Yes! Just send a text to our support number with the name or link of the item you’re interested in, and we’ll provide additional photos and details.

What are your customer service hours?

Our team typically responds Monday–Friday during regular business hours. We'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible, but don't hesitate to call if you need anything immediately.

Product Care

How do I clean handmade glass?

For soft glass we recommend gentle hand washing with water and mild soap. Avoid extreme temperature changes or dishwashers, as they can cause stress in the glass. For deeper cleaning or on borosilicate pieces you can use 99% isopropyl alcohol.

Are your products food safe?

Yes! All of our glass drinkware, bowls, and jars are made using food-safe materials.

How should I display or store glass art?

Display your handmade glass in a stable, safe spot where it won’t be easily bumped or knocked over. For smaller pieces, padded shelves or display stands work beautifully. We're also big fans of custom stands that are built to keep each specific piece safe, don't hesitate to reach out if you need any help displaying.

Gifting

Do you offer gift wrapping?

For sure! We're happy to gift wrap your pieces for an additional cost, just reach out to support and we can talk you through all the options.

Can I include a gift note?

Yes, just leave your message in the order notes during checkout, and we’ll include it with your package.
